Privacy Policy — I Am Diamond

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application “I Am Diamond” (the “App”) handles information when you use it. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Who we are

2. Summary — in one sentence

We do not collect, transmit, sell, share, or store any personal data on our servers. The App runs entirely on your device.

3. Information the App does NOT collect

The App does not collect, process, or transmit any of the following:

Your name, email, phone number, or any contact details
Your device identifier (IDFA, IDFV, advertising ID)
Your location (GPS, IP-based, or otherwise)
Your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or any other device sensors
Your usage analytics, crash logs, or behavioral data
Cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting data of any kind

The App performs no network requests. It has no backend server, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no third-party tracking.

4. Information stored locally on your device

The only data the App stores is on your device, using Apple’s standard UserDefaults mechanism:

The name you optionally type when generating your “Certificate of Diamond Status”.
The index of today’s daily insight (a number from 0 to 364).

This data:

Never leaves your device.
Is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
Is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.

You can clear this data at any time by deleting and reinstalling the App, or by resetting it in iOS Settings.

The App contains a feature that lets you generate a personalized “Certificate of Diamond Status” image and share it using the standard iOS share sheet (AirDrop, Messages, Mail, third-party messengers, etc.).

When you choose to share the certificate:

The file is handed off to iOS’s system share sheet.
From that point, the recipient and method of delivery are handled entirely by iOS and the third-party app you choose (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, Mail).
We have no visibility into, and no control over, this process.

We do not receive a copy of anything you share.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is rated 4+ and does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. It is safe for all ages.

7. Third-party services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social SDKs.

The only third party involved is Apple Inc., through the App Store distribution and purchase process. Apple’s handling of your purchase, Apple ID, and device is governed by Apple’s own Privacy Policy.

8. Purchases and refunds

The App is a paid application distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple.

All sales are final. By purchasing the App, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued by the Developer for the purchase price of the App, any in-app content, or any feature thereof.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the official channel: https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple’s refund decisions are made at Apple’s sole discretion under Apple’s Media Services Terms, and the Developer has no authority to grant, deny, or process such refunds.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be free of bugs, available without interruption, or compatible with every iOS device or future iOS version.

9. Your rights

Because we do not collect or store any personal data about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, data-subject rights apply only to data we hold — and we hold none.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
